Project Engagement: £15,000 - £25,000
Scoped regulatory governance review - gapm assessment, board reporting review , or Consumer Duty/AI governance framework. Deliverable-led, 4-8 weeks.
Board Facilitation Session: £5,000 - £10,000
Facilitated half or full-day session with the board on a specific regulatory theme. Low commitment entry point.
